Neto, a 24-year old Brazilian student, was shot in the face on September
16 in Calgary downtown (Canada). As a result of this crime, he is
totally and permanently blind. A great deal of people is moving along
to support him face the challenges in his new condition towards recovering
and pursuing his dreams.
The Brazilian Community Association of Alberta is holding a fundraising
concert Nov. 5 at the Jack Singer Concert Hall featuring Brazilian
jazz artists Flora Purim and Airto Moreira. At this moment we invite
